Winspirit Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the financial regulations governing all monetary operations on the Winspirit platform. Registering an account and accessing the cashier constitutes formal agreement to comply with these rules. All definitions and terms used in this document are consistent with those established in the main User Agreement.

Winspirit: Financial Responsibility and Transaction Finality

Users assume full legal and financial accountability for all transactions initiated on the platform, including any applicable network fees, banking charges, or currency conversion costs. The Operator processes payments strictly in the denominations displayed within the cashier interface. Once a transaction is authorized by clicking the "Payment" button, it is considered final and irrevocable. The cancellation or reversal of confirmed deposits is not permitted.

Anti-Fraud Measures in Winspirit

The Operator enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal financial activities, including fraud, money laundering, or the use of stolen, compromised, or unauthorized payment methods. If suspicious activity is identified, the Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend the user's account, freeze pending balances, and report the incident to the appropriate financial authorities. The Operator is not liable for unauthorized use of payment credentials and may employ third-party collection agencies to recover any financial losses.

Winspirit: KYC Protocols and AML Standards

In accordance with international AML directives and Curaçao GCB regulations, the Operator requires comprehensive identity verification before processing any withdrawal requests. The security department may request the following documentation:

  • A high-resolution, color scan of a valid government-issued ID (such as a passport or driver's license).
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 90 days) verifying the residential address.
  • Visual confirmation of payment method ownership (e.g., a photo of the bank card with the middle digits obscured, or a screenshot of the e-wallet account).
  • Participation in a live video verification call via an approved platform, if required by the security team.

Until these documents are submitted and verified, the Operator may restrict the account and pause all withdrawal requests. Refusal to complete the KYC process is considered a breach of terms, allowing the Operator to permanently close the account and forfeit the remaining balance.

Third-Party Payments and Card Restrictions in Winspirit

Deposits and financial transactions from third parties — including family members, friends, or corporate entities — are strictly forbidden. Only the verified account holder, whose name exactly matches the payment instrument, is permitted to fund the account.

Important Restriction for Australian Users: Australian players are strictly limited to using Debit Cards. Credit Cards are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals in compliance with regional banking regulations. For seamless transactions, local methods such as PayID and POLi, alongside decentralized cryptocurrency gateways, are fully supported.

By registering, the user legally confirms ownership of the payment method used. Violating the third-party payment rule or misrepresenting payment ownership gives the Operator the right to block the account, void any active bonuses, and confiscate all funds.

Withdrawal Limits and Turnover from Winspirit

To comply with AML regulations and prevent bonus abuse, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. The standard withdrawal limits are set at $2,000 per transaction, $2,500 per day, and up to $60,000 per month for standard accounts. The Operator functions solely as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for delays, declines, or technical issues caused by the user's bank or third-party payment processors.

By using the platform, the user accepts full legal responsibility and confirms that their gaming activities comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal in the user's location, all monetary transactions are strictly prohibited. The Operator is fully indemnified against any legal liability resulting from the user's unauthorized or illegal actions.

Winspirit: Customer Support and Financial Disputes

If technical issues, system errors, or payment discrepancies are encountered, users are strongly advised to stop making further transactions until the matter is resolved. For assistance, clarifications, or to file a formal dispute, the dedicated financial support team is available at [email protected].
